Role Summary:
L&T is seeking enthusiastic and motivated volunteers to support various operational and project-based initiatives within its Industrial Equipment & Machinery division. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in a leading Indian conglomerate and contribute to real-world industrial projects. Volunteers will work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to diverse aspects of the machinery and equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing projects.
- Support the engineering and manufacturing teams with documentation and administrative tasks.
- Participate in site visits and observe manufacturing processes (as permitted).
- Help in organizing and maintaining project-related information and resources.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Undertake research on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.
