Role Summary: UFlex Limited is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to support various operational and administrative functions within its Packaging & Containers division. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in a leading Indian packaging company and contribute to real-world projects. Volunteers will work closely with experienced professionals and gain insights into the end-to-end packaging lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data collection and analysis for market research and competitor analysis.
• Support the operations team with day-to-day tasks, including documentation and reporting.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new packaging solutions and product development.
• Help in organizing and maintaining project-related documents and information.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives by assisting in research and implementation support.
• Learn and apply basic principles of quality control in packaging processes.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
