Volunteer - Import & Export Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Volunteer to join our Import & Export team in Surat. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of the import/export process, seeking to gain practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Volunteer will support various operational and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our logistics and trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in documentation processing for import and export shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the coordination of logistics activities, including tracking shipments and liaising with vendors.
- Help in maintaining records and databases related to trade operations and inventory.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Participate in data entry and analysis for operational reports.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
