Role Summary:
Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Volunteers for Social & Public Service initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful community engagement programs and support the company's commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) in India. Volunteers will work closely with the CSR team to implement and manage various projects aimed at improving public health, education, and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of CSR projects across various domains such as healthcare camps, educational support, and environmental conservation.
• Engage with local communities to understand their needs and facilitate program participation.
• Support in organizing events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
• Help in data collection, reporting, and documentation of project activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Contribute to the development of new CSR initiatives based on community feedback and organizational goals.
