Volunteer - Social & Public Service - Electrical Equipment Sector

Role Summary: Seeking a dedicated and motivated Volunteer - Social & Public Service with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to contribute to our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives within the Electrical Equipment sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your academic background and practical experience to drive meaningful social impact and public service projects aligned with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of CSR projects focused on community development, education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability within the areas served by Polycab India Ltd.

Conduct research and analysis on social issues and public service needs relevant to the electrical equipment industry and its stakeholders.

Support the M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) framework for CSR programs, including data collection, reporting, and impact assessment.

Collaborate with internal teams, NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders to ensure effective implementation of projects.

Contribute to proposal writing and grant applications for new CSR initiatives.

Organize and facilitate community outreach programs and awareness campaigns.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all CSR activities.
