The Ward Clerk will be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing essential support to the medical staff within our aviation-focused healthcare facilities. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-4 years of experience looking to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
- Greet patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist in the preparation of medical reports, summaries, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
- Order and manage medical supplies and stationery as needed.
- Perform data entry and generate reports using hospital management software.
- Handle billing and insurance-related inquiries, liaising with the finance department.
- Uphold high standards of patient care and customer service.
