Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Ward Clerk with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree to join our administrative team in Delhi. The Ward Clerk will be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing essential support to the medical staff within our aviation-focused healthcare facilities. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-4 years of experience looking to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
- Greet patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist in the preparation of medical reports, summaries, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
- Order and manage medical supplies and stationery as needed.
- Perform data entry and generate reports using hospital management software.
- Handle billing and insurance-related inquiries, liaising with the finance department.
- Uphold high standards of patient care and customer service.
