The Ward Clerk will be responsible for managing patient administrative records, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring smooth communication within the healthcare facility, contributing to efficient operational management within our BPO services for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering patients, verifying insurance information, and updating demographic data accurately.

Scheduling appointments, coordinating with medical staff, and managing patient flow within the facility.

Maintaining and updating patient medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing patients and visitors to appropriate departments.

Assisting with billing and coding processes, and preparing necessary documentation for medical claims.

Managing medical supplies inventory and ensuring availability of necessary resources.
