Warden (1-2 Yrs) | Noida

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warden to oversee the well-being and daily operations of our residential facilities for students/beneficiaries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 1-2 years of experience, bringing a creative and empathetic approach to facility management and student support.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the student/beneficiary residential facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and conducive living environment.

Develop and implement creative and engaging programs or activities for residents, leveraging design thinking principles to enhance their living experience and personal growth.

Address and resolve resident concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues promptly and empathetically, fostering a positive community atmosphere.

Maintain accurate records of residents, incidents, and facility maintenance. Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and upkeep of the premises.

Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with program coordinators and external stakeholders to facilitate resident participation in educational and extracurricular activities.

Assist in onboarding new residents and providing them with necessary information and support.
