Role Summary: The Warden will be responsible for overseeing the safety, security, and general well-being of employees residing in company-provided accommodation or common areas within the logistics facility. This role is crucial for maintaining a disciplined and secure environment conducive to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the security of the premises, including monitoring access points and conducting regular patrols.

Maintain discipline among residents and address any behavioral issues promptly and fairly.

Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas and facilities.

Manage the allocation and upkeep of rooms/accommodation.

Respond to emergencies and provide initial assistance.

Liaise with HR and facility management for any resident concerns or facility-related issues.

Enforce company policies and regulations within the accommodation premises.

Maintain records of residents, incidents, and maintenance requests.
