Role Summary: The Warden will be responsible for the overall management, safety, security, and upkeep of the company's residential facilities for employees. This role ensures a conducive and secure living environment for all residents, adhering to company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the employee residential facility.
• Ensure the safety and security of residents and property through regular patrols and monitoring.
• Manage resident admissions, check-ins, and check-outs, maintaining accurate records.
• Address resident grievances and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and upkeep of the facility.
• Enforce house rules and company policies related to the residential facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the premises.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment for the facility.
• Organize and oversee any resident welfare activities or events.
