Warden

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Warden to oversee the safety, security, and well-being of our employees residing in company-provided accommodation. The Warden will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a conducive and secure living environment, and managing day-to-day operations of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the security and safety of the residential facility and its occupants.
- Conduct regular checks of the premises to identify and address any potential hazards or security breaches.
- Manage resident check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accurate records.
- Address resident grievances and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with facility management for maintenance and repair work.
- Enforce rules and regulations of the accommodation facility.
- Organize and supervise emergency drills and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly living environment.
- Report any incidents or issues to the HR and Administration departments.
- Act as a liaison between residents and the company management.
