Warden

Role Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and organized Warden to oversee the well-being and smooth functioning of our employee accommodation facilities in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the employee housing facilities, ensuring all services are provided efficiently.
- Maintain a secure environment by enforcing rules and regulations, conducting regular checks, and coordinating with security personnel.
- Address resident concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, acting as a liaison between employees and management.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including cleanliness, hygiene, and essential repairs, coordinating with maintenance staff.
- Manage inventory of supplies and amenities for the accommodation.
- Organize and facilitate resident activities and community building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain accurate records of residents, incidents, and facility management activities.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new residents, including room allocation and orientation.
