Warden

Role Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Warden to oversee the safety, security, and well-being of residents and premises at our employee accommodation facilities. The Warden will be responsible for maintaining a disciplined and harmonious living environment, ensuring adherence to company policies, and responding to any emergencies or incidents.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  - Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the employee accommodation.
  - Ensure the security of the premises, including monitoring access and conducting regular patrols.
  - Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic living environment for all residents.
  - Address and resolve resident grievances and conflicts promptly and effectively.
  - Enforce company rules and regulations related to accommodation.
  - Manage inventory of facilities and amenities, reporting any damages or maintenance needs.
  - Coordinate with facility management and security teams to ensure smooth operations.
  - Respond to emergencies, such as medical issues or security breaches, and take appropriate action.
  - Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
  - Maintain resident records and attendance.
  - Promote a positive and collaborative community among residents.
  - Organize occasional resident welfare activities.
