Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and diligent Warden with 3-4 years of experience to oversee the smooth functioning and security of our facilities in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and organized environment for our employees and assets. This role requires a proactive approach and strong organizational skills, leveraging a BCA background for efficient management of systems and records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of hostel/residence operations, ensuring a secure and conducive living environment.
• Implement and enforce security protocols, manage access control, and conduct regular safety checks.
• Maintain accurate records of residents, inventory, and incidents using digital tools and systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance and administrative staff to address any facility-related issues promptly.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, and address resident queries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize IT skills (from BCA) to manage databases, generate reports, and improve operational efficiency.
