Warden - Industrial Equipment / Machinery Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Warden to oversee the safety, security, and general upkeep of our facilities in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining a secure and orderly environment for our employees and assets within the Industrial Equipment / Machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the security of the premises by monitoring access points and conducting regular patrols.
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including housekeeping, maintenance, and repair coordination.
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or security breaches.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, inventory, and any incidents.
- Coordinate with the HR and Administration departments on employee-related matters within the facility.
- Enforce company policies and regulations related to safety and security.
- Manage the upkeep of common areas, dormitories (if applicable), and office spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or security concerns to the relevant authorities.
- Assist in the organization and smooth running of company events or meetings held at the facility.
- Conduct basic checks on equipment and infrastructure to ensure they are in good working condition.
