Warden - Printing & Publishing (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Warden with 2-3 years of experience, holding a BCA degree, to join our Printing & Publishing division in Nagpur. The Warden will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning, safety, and adherence to company policies. This role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage the daily activities within the assigned facility, ensuring efficient operations.
* Maintain inventory records for stationery, equipment, and other supplies, and coordinate procurement as needed.
* Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
* Coordinate with various departments for maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the facility.
* Manage access control and visitor logs.
* Assist in organizing and managing company events and meetings.
* Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, report generation, and communication.
* Respond to and resolve operational issues and emergencies promptly.
* Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
* Provide support to employees and management regarding facility-related matters.
