Warden (Surat)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Warden to oversee the well-being and smooth functioning of our corporate accommodation facilities in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and 1-3 years of experience, demonstrating strong organizational and interpersonal skills. You will be instrumental in ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the residential facility.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and security protocols within the premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Address resident concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of residents, occupancy, and incidents.
- Organize and facilitate resident activities or meetings as required.
- Liaise with HR and administration departments for smooth functioning of facilities.
- Assist in onboarding new residents and providing necessary information.
- Uphold the company's policies and code of conduct.
