We are seeking a responsible and organized Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations and well-being of residents in our Thane facility. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe, secure, and harmonious living environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the hostel/residential facilities, ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and security.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff to address any facility issues.
- Manage resident check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accurate records.
- Organize and facilitate recreational and social activities for residents.
