Warehouse Executive

Role Summary:
The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatch of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role is crucial for supporting the smooth functioning of our hotel and restaurant supply chain across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure proper storage of goods, adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and temperature control requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operational teams to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
