Warehouse Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Executive to manage and oversee the operations of our warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient inventory management, timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and maintaining a safe and orderly warehouse environment. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth supply chain operations of the National Highways Authority of India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure data integrity.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of supplies and dispatch of finished goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
- Identify and report any damages, discrepancies, or potential hazards within the warehouse.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other operational improvements.
