Warehouse Executive

Role Summary: The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate handling of food products. This role is critical in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely dispatch, and upholding quality standards within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper storage conditions are maintained for food products to preserve quality and prevent spoilage, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
• Manage warehouse equipment and ensure its proper maintenance.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational costs.
