Warehouse Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Executive to oversee and manage warehouse operations for our facility management services in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating the smooth flow of goods. This role is crucial for supporting our on-site facility management teams and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of materials and equipment.
* Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or other designated software.
* Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
* Organize warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and efficient movement of goods.
* Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
* Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
* Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders or delivery notes.
* Manage the upkeep and maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
* Assist in the training of new warehouse staff as needed.
