Warehouse Executive (3-5 Yrs) for Electronics Manufacturing Company

We are looking for a diligent and organized Warehouse Executive with 3-5 years of experience to manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and possess a strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and financial record-keeping within a manufacturing environment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and finished goods, contributing to the overall efficiency of our electronics manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.

Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.

Implement and maintain efficient warehouse procedures and safety standards.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments to ensure timely material availability and dispatch.

Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including goods received, stock movements, and dispatches, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting.

Manage warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

Ensure proper storage and handling of electronic components and finished goods to prevent damage or loss.

Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational costs.
