Warehouse Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing storage, ensuring efficient material handling, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods within our Indian operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
2. Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
3. Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
4. Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
5. Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, complying with all relevant regulations.
7. Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.
8. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on warehouse efficiency and inventory levels.
9. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
