Warehouse Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations within India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing storage, ensuring efficient dispatch, and maintaining a safe working environment in line with ITC's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse management procedures and systems.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage warehouse budget and control operational costs.
• Implement and manage warehouse technology, such as WMS (Warehouse Management System).
