Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all warehouse activities, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth flow of goods and supporting our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse strategies and processes.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and optimize operations.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on warehouse performance.
