Warehouse Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing warehouse efficiency, managing inventory, ensuring timely dispatch of goods, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of supply chain logistics and a proven ability to drive process improvements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our distribution network for our vast music and entertainment catalog.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse strategies and procedures to maximize space utilization and operational flow.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accuracy of inventory records using WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols within the warehouse premises.
- Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships for warehouse supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to strategic planning for warehouse expansion and resource allocation.
