Warehouse Manager - Fitness & Wellness (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee operations at our Ahmedabad facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring efficient supply chain management for our fitness and wellness products. This role requires a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.

Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.

Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Analyze warehouse data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Manage stock levels and identify potential shortages or overstock situations.
