Warehouse Manager - Food Processing (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to oversee our food processing warehouse operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure all operations comply with food safety standards, quality control measures, and relevant Indian regulations.
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of products.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse facilities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage all legal documentation and ensure adherence to labor laws and other applicable regulations, leveraging LLB knowledge.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Handle any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or operations in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and report on key warehouse performance indicators.
