Warehouse Manager Job Opportunity - Real Estate (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager with 1-3 years of experience to oversee warehouse operations for our real estate projects in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for a B.Pharma graduate looking to transition their analytical and management skills into the dynamic real estate sector. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, safe storage, and timely distribution of materials critical to our construction and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of construction materials and supplies.

Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing discrepancies. Utilize a B.Pharma background for precise tracking and management of diverse materials.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.

Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse operations. Train and supervise warehouse staff.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
