Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Wealth Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong aptitude for financial advisory and client relationship management, who may not have a formal graduation degree but possess the drive and skills to excel. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored wealth management solutions within the medical devices and equipment sector context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement personalized wealth management strategies, including investment planning, risk assessment, and financial goal setting.
- Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and services relevant to wealth creation and preservation.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to track progress towards their financial goals and make necessary adjustments to their plans.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and relevant financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
