We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. The Web Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that effectively communicate our brand and product information to a global audience. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, web technologies, and user experience best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and responsive website layouts and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate requirements into compelling web designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Maintain and update existing website content and design elements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
