Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The Web Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with our company's brand identity and business objectives. This role involves translating design concepts into functional web pages and ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and responsive websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling web designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure all web designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Implement and manage content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve website usability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
