Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our manufacturing team at Tiffany & Co. The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding operations to create, repair, and maintain intricate jewelry pieces and components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision that align with Tiffany's legacy of craftsmanship. This role requires expertise in fine metal welding techniques and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision welding on precious metals such as gold, platinum, and silver for jewelry fabrication and repair.
• Operate and maintain various welding equipment, including TIG welders, laser welders, and micro-welding tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and welding.
• Inspect welded components for defects, such as porosity, cracks, or incomplete fusion, and perform necessary rework.
• Collaborate with designers, jewelers, and production staff to understand project requirements and provide technical input.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in welding processes and techniques.
