Job Description
Role Summary: Seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team responsible for the construction and maintenance of critical infrastructure projects, including bridges, flyovers, and highway structures across India. The Welder will be responsible for joining metal components using welding equipment and techniques to ensure structural integrity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Select appropriate welding equipment and techniques based on the materials and project requirements.
- Join metal parts using various welding methods (e.g., SMAW, GMAW, GTAW).
- Ensure welds are clean, precise, and meet all structural and safety standards.
- Inspect and test welds for defects using appropriate tools and methods.
- Perform maintenance and repair of welding equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on construction sites.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other construction personnel.
