Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Welding Inspector / Supervisor to oversee and ensure the quality and integrity of all welding operations within our electronics manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising welding teams, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of welders, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Develop and implement welding procedures and quality control plans.
- Conduct visual inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and other quality checks on welded components.
- Interpret welding blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices in the welding workshop.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and production data.
- Identify and address any welding defects or quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve welding-related problems.
- Train and mentor junior welding staff.
- Monitor welding equipment and consumables, ensuring they are in good condition and appropriate for use.
