Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Welding Inspector / Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of welding operations within our advertising and marketing projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. This role is crucial for maintaining the structural soundness and aesthetic quality of various campaign assets and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) of welds to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
Review welding procedures and qualifications to ensure they are appropriate for the materials and applications.
Monitor welding activities on-site, providing guidance and supervision to welding teams.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications related to welding.
Maintain detailed inspection records, reports, and documentation.
Identify and report any deviations from standards or potential defects, recommending corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures during all welding operations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fabrication teams to resolve welding-related issues.
