Wellness & Amenities Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Wellness & Amenities Manager to oversee and enhance the employee well-being and recreational facilities within our corporate office. This role will be instrumental in fostering a positive and healthy work environment by managing our on-site salon, gym, and other amenity spaces, ensuring they meet the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the on-site salon, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and client appointments.
• Oversee the health club facilities, ensuring equipment is maintained, clean, and safe for employee use.
• Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to promote employee health and engagement.
• Manage vendor relationships, including service providers for salon supplies, gym equipment maintenance, and other amenities.
• Handle customer service inquiries and feedback related to the wellness and amenity services.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage budgets for the salon and health club, including procurement and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with HR and administration teams to align wellness initiatives with company culture and objectives.
