Wellness Associate

Role Summary:
Paytm is seeking a dedicated and skilled Wellness Associate to provide therapeutic massage services to our employees, promoting well-being and stress reduction within the workplace. This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to employee health and a balanced work environment. The Wellness Associate will be responsible for conducting massage sessions, maintaining a clean and professional treatment space, and ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various types of therapeutic massages (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage) based on employee needs and preferences.
- Assess client's physical condition and discuss their needs and concerns before each session.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, hygiene, and client confidentiality.
- Educate employees on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care techniques.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure the massage therapy area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR and Wellness team to promote wellness programs.
