Wellness Coordinator

Role Summary: The Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the on-site wellness facilities and services for employees at Larsen & Toubro's industrial equipment manufacturing facilities. This role focuses on promoting employee well-being, managing spa-like amenities, and ensuring a healthy and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the employee wellness center, including any spa or relaxation facilities.
• Develop and implement wellness programs and activities to enhance employee health and morale.
• Manage inventory of wellness supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and quality.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized wellness services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the wellness facilities.
• Handle employee inquiries and feedback regarding wellness services.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on wellness program participation and outcomes.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the wellness center.
