Wiper

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Wiper to join our facilities management team. The Wiper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various areas of our corporate office, ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors, surfaces, and furniture.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, meeting rooms, and pantry.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels in restrooms and pantry.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all company health and safety regulations.
- Assist with occasional event setup and cleanup as needed.
