Wiper - Events / Live Entertainment (0-1 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Wiper to join our growing team at Eventhings. This entry-level position is perfect for a recent M.Com graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced events and live entertainment industry. The Wiper will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of event venues and operational areas, ensuring a professional and safe environment for both our team and clients. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about event logistics and operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing event spaces, backstages, and storage areas.
* Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and common areas during events and setup/teardown phases.
* Assist in the setup and breakdown of event materials, ensuring all areas are tidy before and after use.
* Properly dispose of waste and recycling, adhering to event-specific waste management protocols.
* Report any maintenance or safety issues to the event manager or supervisor promptly.
* Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are organized, stocked, and in good working condition.
* Support the event operations team with various logistical tasks as needed, contributing to the overall smooth execution of events.
