Wireless Network Engineer

Role Summary:
Hidesign is seeking a motivated Wireless Network Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our growing team in Surat. This role is ideal for a business-minded individual with a BBA/BBM degree who is looking to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize our wireless network infrastructure. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and secure wireless networks supporting our retail operations and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy wireless network solutions (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular) across multiple Hidesign locations.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure optimal connectivity and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve wireless network issues, including connectivity problems, interference, and security breaches.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand network requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage network security protocols, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular network audits and assessments to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest wireless technologies and industry best practices.
