Wireless Network Engineer

LeatherGlow Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Wireless Network Engineer to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our wireless network infrastructure across multiple locations. This role requires a deep understanding of wireless technologies, network security, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level wireless networks (Wi-Fi).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal connectivity.
- Implement and maintain wireless security protocols and access controls.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing wired infrastructure.
- Conduct site surveys and recommend network upgrades and expansions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless technologies and industry best practices.
