Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Wireless Network Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and secure wireless network infrastructure across our diverse real estate portfolio, including commercial parks, residential communities, and hospitality projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance for our tenants, residents, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy enterprise-grade wireless networks (Wi-Fi 6/6E, 5G) across multiple sites, ensuring optimal coverage, capacity, and performance.
• Configure and manage wireless controllers, access points, and related network devices from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus).
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including WPA3, RADIUS, NAC, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure high availability and user satisfaction.
• Conduct site surveys and RF analysis to optimize wireless deployments.
• Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless technologies, trends, and best practices.
