Wireless Network Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Wireless Network Engineer to join our growing team. This role will be crucial in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust wireless network infrastructure for our real estate projects, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance for residents and businesses. You will be responsible for all aspects of wireless network operations, from planning and deployment to troubleshooting and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade wireless networks (Wi-Fi 6/6E, 5G) across residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct site surveys and perform RF analysis to determine optimal access point placement and configuration.
- Configure and manage wireless controllers, access points, and related network devices.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve wireless network issues, including connectivity problems, interference, and security breaches.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Implement and enforce wireless security policies and protocols (e.g., WPA3, RADIUS).
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate wireless solutions with other building management systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless technologies and industry best practices.
