Role Summary: The Wireless Network Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and reliable wireless communication networks for the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) across various operational locations in India. This role requires a deep understanding of wireless technologies, network security protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage secure wireless networks (Wi-Fi, cellular, point-to-point/multipoint radio) to support CRPF operations.

Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.

Conduct site surveys and recommend optimal placement of wireless infrastructure.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Stay updated with the latest wireless technologies, security threats, and best practices.
Collaborate with IT and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of wireless solutions.
