Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workshop Manager / Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to oversee daily operations at our Thiruvananthapuram facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining equipment, and supervising a team to meet production targets and quality standards within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workshop personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure all workshop operations are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
• Manage inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels for smooth operations.
• Review work orders and production schedules to determine resource and manpower requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during workshop activities.
• Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, production output, and equipment maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior workshop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
