Workshop Manager / Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workshop Manager/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, managing a team, and adhering to safety regulations within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workshop personnel, including technicians and operators.
- Ensure all production processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor workshop performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods within the workshop.
- Maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring regular maintenance and timely repairs.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing development for the workshop team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control, Production Planning, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
