Workshop Manager / Supervisor

Role Summary: The Workshop Manager / Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Cult.fit fitness center, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for members and staff. This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a passion for fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the fitness center, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and lead a team of fitness trainers, support staff, and operations personnel.
• Ensure adherence to all Cult.fit operational standards, safety protocols, and hygiene guidelines.
• Manage inventory of fitness equipment and supplies, and oversee maintenance and repair schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure member satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling classes and managing trainer rosters.
• Monitor facility cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment for all members.
• Support in achieving center's membership and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
